Abstract

In the TGIU framework, time does not preexist the universe; it emerges from the local rotation of informational curvature between coherence (\(\Phi\)) and entropy (\(S\)). Neither entropy nor time generates the other; both are produced by the same operator of directional rotation --- the TGIU Equilibrium Force (TEF) expressed through \(J_{\mathrm{CST}}\).
