Abstract

This document presents a boundary framework for a “transhumanoid” arrangement, defined as a functional extension of human autonomy through decision supportand calculation. The framework is principles-only and intentionally avoidsethical adjudication, personhood claims, medical device policy, or employment-based justification. The framework separates domains rather than prescribing outcomes. Invasive orbiologically transformative interventions are explicitly treated as out ofscope and left to healthcare and service governance. The primary objective isto preserve human accountability while enabling non-invasive, withdrawabletool-based autonomy extension.
