Abstract

This dataset and analysis package presents Tier-2 operational consistency testing of Unified Recursion Theory (URT) applied to particle decay processes. Tier-2 evaluates whether experimentally observed particle decays admit operational configurations consistent with URT’s proportionality relation linking energetic change, informational change, and operational efficiency. The analysis does not assert physical temperature realization, make mass predictions, or exclude particles. It is a structural and internal admissibility test only. The study analyzes 267 exclusive decay modes drawn from 22 particles across eight categories (light mesons, light resonances, charm mesons, bottom mesons, quarkonia, charm baryons, bottom baryons, and gauge bosons), using Particle Data Group branching ratios and Q-values. Informational change is represented by per-mode surprisal derived from branching ratios. Two complementary analyses are performed: Tier-2A (Satisfiability):For each decay mode, the temperature interval implied by conservative efficiency bounds is computed analytically and tested for intersection with a declared temperature scan window. All 267 modes admit at least one operational configuration under permissive bounds, with non-trivial overlap widths that exhibit category-dependent structure. Tier-2B (Regime Classification):Decay modes are classified according to operational efficiency regimes evaluated at the lambda-equals-one operating point when accessible, or at scan boundaries otherwise. Results show overwhelming dominance of the conserving regime across all particle categories, with a single compressed-regime exception corresponding to a near-deterministic pion decay. A supplementary scaling analysis examines the ratio between operational reference temperature and parent mass, revealing consistent sub-mass scaling and clear category-dependent clustering without invoking particle exclusion, mass gaps, or new physics. Tier-2 establishes that URT’s proportionality law is internally consistent with observed particle decay data under conservative operational assumptions. The results motivate further constrained and exploratory analyses (Tier-3 and beyond) but make no predictive claims. This release includes analysis scripts, summary tables, regime classifications, and visualization outputs documenting satisfiability windows, regime distributions, and scaling behavior.
