TIDE II: Hubble Tension and Dark Energy as an Emergent Residual of Spacetime Torsion
Abstract
This paper presents a paradigm shift in Einstein-Cartan gravity where cosmic acceleration and the Hubble tension emerge as a geometric residual of spacetime torsion. Unlike standard models, Rey-TIDE proposes that torsion is an environmental response triggered by local mass density rather than a global time-dependent field. Using a homogeneous sample of galaxy clusters, we demonstrate that baryon depletion is governed by a purely mass-dependent law ( against CDM), proving that geometry responds to environment (Mass) rather than a universal cosmic clock (z). This framework offers a unified, falsable solution to the dark sector without invoking exotic particles or fine-tuned constants.
