Seismic Waves Amplify Pre-existing Permeability Anisotropy in Fault Zones

This document contains most of the code used in the article. Specifically, the amp_pha.dat file stores the tidal parameter data for Well BB on the Huayingshan fault zone used for inversion input. The calst.m folder corresponds to the main program for inverting hydrogeological parameters, myfun.m is a subroutine, and S_T_out.dat contains the S, T, and u values for the aquifer observed by Well BB as obtained from the inversion.
