Abstract

This preprint presents CSI-150, a research framework focused on material stability under reduced interaction environments. The project explores how dominant classical interactions—such as molecular collisions, thermal fluctuations, and mechanical perturbations—can be quantitatively suppressed over a finite duration, without claiming time suspension or violation of physical laws. The framework combines extreme high vacuum conditions, contactless suspension, thermal threshold stabilization, and a controlled reintegration protocol. Order-of-magnitude calculations are provided to define interaction thresholds and system constraints. The work is intended as a conservative, calculation-driven experimental design and a basis for further discussion and validation.
