Global OASC Framework
Abstract
This paper presents the Global OASC Framework, a reference frame designed to organize heterogeneous descriptions from different domains by placing them into mutually referenceable positions. The framework does not integrate, evaluate, or interpret theoretical descriptions; instead, it makes explicit the presuppositional conditions (P) under which each description holds and the closure operations (C) by which descriptions are brought to a closed form. The core schema consists of four reference labels—O (Observational), A (Affine/Relational), S (State), and C (Closure)—used to inventory the internal structure of descriptions without deriving causal explanations or theoretical content. The Presuppositional Layer (P) conditions how these labels are constituted within any local description, but is not itself part of OASC. The framework deliberately externalizes questions of causal origin, metaphysical grounding, interpretive reconciliation, and normative evaluation as Undefined. This scope limitation keeps the framework focused exclusively on placement and comparability. Three appendices demonstrate organizational applications: mathematical constants as closure-based outcomes, Bayesian inference as a structural example of closure variation, and the non-integrative placement of relativity and quantum theory as heterogeneous descriptions with incompatible presuppositional layers. This framework is offered as an optional tool for organizing thought, not as a necessary method or theoretical claim about reality.
