Contractual Value Transfer Dynamics (CVTD): Algorithmic Reconstruction of the Social Contract via General Utilitarianism
Abstract
The Third Protocol presents a framework for present authorship and diachronic normative non-globality: decisions remain attributable to present agents while their consequences are evaluated across time without assuming a single global moral standpoint. It develops gradient declarations and connects General Utilitarianism (GU), Contractual Value Transfer Dynamics (CVTD), and Time-Bounded Decision Modeling (TBDM) as tools for reasoning about value transfer, institutional commitments, and coordination. The English and Korean editions examine how these ideas can support AI and social coordination under plural, evolving norms.
