Abstract

Modal Triplet Theory (MTT) introduces a projection-first framework in which physical description exists only within admissible regimes characterized by stability, bounded projection, and spectral separation. Across the MTT corpus, a number of physical and structural scales arise, including spectral gaps, coherence margins, truncation depths, curvature suppressions, and effective cutoff parameters. This paper provides a consolidated account of these scales and their interrelations. It defines the role of each scale, clarifies how they enter effective quantum field theory, gravitational dynamics, and cosmology, and demonstrates that the required hierarchies are mutually consistent and compatible with existing experimental and observational constraints. No new assumptions, dynamics, or parameter values are introduced. Instead, the paper serves as a phenomenological consistency ledger for the MTT corpus, separating structural closure from quantitative determination and identifying which aspects of the theory remain open to numerical evaluation and experimental testing.
