IPCSALT–UPF Conceptual Landscape & Developmental Flow
Abstract
This document presents a conceptual landscape and developmental map of the IPCSALT–UPF research program. Rather than introducing new theories or experimental results, it provides a structural overview of how the program’s core concepts, models, and arguments interrelate across a long sequence of interconnected papers. The IPCSALT–UPF framework spans cognition, mental health, social systems, AI behavior, and physical models, and is unified by a phase-based, reversibility-centered diagnostic perspective. This landscape document clarifies: • how key ideas evolved over time • how different models interlock • why certain conceptual shifts became necessary • how reversibility, fixation, and structural collapse are interpreted • and how misdiagnosis arises when surface performance is prioritized over structural navigability The document emphasizes structural geometry, relational constraints, and phase-based diagnostics over prescriptive or predictive claims. It is intended as an orientation map for researchers, critics, and potential collaborators seeking to understand the internal coherence and scope of the IPCSALT–UPF program. This work does not prescribe interventions or evaluate outcomes. Its purpose is to preserve conceptual visibility where reversibility, flexibility, and return paths become structurally constrained.
