ECOIN A Condition-Based Observational Framework for Non-Synchronized Circulation Across Scales
Abstract
Abstract: This paper introduces Self-Operation OS and ECOIN, a condition-based observational framework for understanding work, systems, and circulation across scales. The framework operates without evaluation, optimization, or institutional coupling, treating human and social activity as temporarily observable states rather than traits, capacities, or goals. While Self-Operation OS is designed for individual and small-group contexts, ECOIN extends the same non-prescriptive logic to urban, national, and global scales as a descriptive lens for non-synchronized circulation. This work proposes neither solutions nor models. Its contribution lies in providing a scale-invariant vocabulary for observing friction, stagnation, and circulation without recourse to progress narratives or performance metrics. Description: This document presents a non-prescriptive, condition-based framework for observing work and circulation across scales. It does not propose models, policies, or optimization strategies. The framework is intended for observational and conceptual use only. Readers should not interpret this work as guidance, evaluation, or governance. This is version 0.2 and may be extended or subdivided in future releases. 🔹 Keywords • ECOIN • Non-synchronized circulation • Observational framework • Post-institutional analysis • Scale transition • Non-integration
