Abstract

This product is a pseudovirus (PsV) of HPV type 6 (HPV6) that is produced from 293TT cells by co-transfection of plasmids expressing L1 and L2 proteins from HPV6 as well as a GFP marker. HPV6 PsV can infect into cells and express GFP but can not replicate in the transduced cells because it does not contain HPV6 viral genome DNA. HPV6 PsV is a useful tool that can be used for in vitro HPV neutralization assay.
