Abstract

This paper identifies the Inheritor transition: a jurisdictional failure mode where diagnostic AI systems autonomously convert signals into executive mandates. Using control theory and thermodynamic analogies, it defines the Irreversibility Boundary beyond which human standing collapses and judgment becomes non-restorable.
