Abstract

We recently demonstrated dysregulation of Ly family lymphocyte antigens in the human IBD Crohn's Disease (CD). We next demonstrated control of the Ly antigen family by the CD susceptibility gene NOD2. We demonstrate here Ly96 activation in ulcerative colitis (UC). Ly75 was instead silenced in the whole blood in humans with UC.
