Abstract

Objective: To develop a fast cross-border payment system based on distributed ledger technology (DLT), featuring improved funds-availability speed and controlled transaction finality, with the potential to increase the operational efficiency of existing payment and settlement systems. The Data Management Plan outlines how experimental data generated by the research project will be collected, stored, documented, shared, and preserved. The project is developed within the project No 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/003 "Implementation of consolidation and management changes at Riga Technical University, Liepaja University, Rezekne Academy of Technology, Latvian Maritime Academy and Liepaja Maritime College for the progress towards excellence in higher education, science and innovation" funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility.
