Abstract

The datasets, including PhenoCam images derived canopy greenness (GCC), meteorological variables, and phenophase classifications from the Similipal Biosphere Reserve (2023–2024). This repository contains the scripts used to process PhenoCam imagery, generate GCC time series, model phenophase controls, and reproduce all figures.
