Abstract—The Lost and Found Items Tracker system design aims to track and retrieve lost or misplaced items using a system that links people with lost items to people who find the items. The system allows for the registration of items that are lost and found along with their descriptions. The proposed Lost and Found system is designed to create an abstraction for complex operations and interactions such that the system allows for the user to access the system using a friendly and easy-to-use user interface. The system has the ability to automatically match the items that have been lost with items that have been found.
