Abstract
his repository contains a command-line interface (CLI) tool for disease symptom and patient profile analysis. The project was developed as part of the TUD Research Software Engineering (RSE) course and demonstrates best practices in reproducible research software, including structured project layout, automated testing, continuous integration, and documentation.
