Abstract

English: This record presents a semantic governance architecture for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in legally, medically, and ethically sensitive contexts. It addresses the recurring problem that AI outputs are often received as judgments or decisions, despite being probabilistic and non-normative generations. The architecture introduces a mandatory marker cascade – ::KI::on::[context] → ::kognition → ::admissibility → ::reception → ::imperativ – which pre-structures activation, admissibility, reception, and attribution of AI effects. Its purpose is to prevent authority misattribution and responsibility delegation without relying on post-hoc disclaimers. This governance architecture is part of a coherent Zenodo series and builds upon the previously published Schloemer::Notation, an open and citable semantic notation for structuring, limiting, and auditing AI-assisted reasoning and analysis processes. The architecture presented here represents a specialized application of that notation, with a specific focus on admissibility, reception, and human responsibility.
