Omnipresent Gravity as a Pre-Spacial Setting: A Phenomenological Proposal and the Montesinos Constant ($\aleph_M$)
Abstract
English Abstract: This manuscript introduces an exploratory phenomenological framework to describe the emergence of spatio-temporal structures from a hypothetical "pre-spacial" gravitational setting. The author proposes a novel effective parameter, the Montesinos Constant ($\aleph_M$), designed to quantify the degree of system openness within a dimensional projection scheme. Drawing motivation from torsion-based cosmologies (e.g., Poplawski) and the thermodynamics of spacetime (e.g., Jacobson), the work presents a constitutive ansatz relating an observable magnitude $\Lambda$ with an organizing flux $\Gamma$ and a distortion coefficient $D$. The model explores the hypothesis of an observable universe originating from an $N$-dimensional singularity, modeled as a fall-like trajectory with helical parametrization. The manuscript explicitly addresses the current theoretical limitations, the status of the proposed postulates, and potential pathways for empirical falsification in the context of precision cosmology. Keywords: Quantum Gravity Phenomenology, Emergent Spacetime, Montesinos Constant, Torsion-based Cosmology, Pre-geometric Physics, Black Hole Cosmology.
