The appendix provides detailed prompt designs and examples used in the study, including: Examples of definition-integrated, multistep prompts for disaster tweet classification Baseline prompts and manually crafted expert prompts with input–output examples The optimal prompts identified by different Automatic Prompt Engineering (APE) methods, including greedy APE, iterative APE, and the proposed GADM-APE framework.
