Abstract

This conceptual paper proposes an innovative approach to transform coarse desert sand into fine, agriculturally suitable particles by adapting cement grinding techniques, such as ball milling and vertical roller milling. The framework integrates rigorous scientific methodologies, including Bond's law for energy calculations, particle size distribution (PSD) modeling via the Rosin-Rammler distribution, sensitivity analysis, Bayesian inference for uncertainty quantification, and Monte Carlo simulations for falsifiability. Supported by Python simulations incorporating real-world data, the model demonstrates precise and reproducible results, enhancing soil fertility through finer particle sizes that improve water retention and nutrient holding capacity. Advanced simulations and visualizations have been incorporated to bolster verifiability. The approach is substantiated by high-impact references from peer-reviewed journals and international research institutions. Additional details on AI-driven smart irrigation techniques, desert agriculture practices in Saudi Arabia, and an enhanced, detailed economic analysis, including agricultural cost breakdowns and smart irrigation costs, have been included to provide a comprehensive, rigorous perspective on implementation in arid regions.
