Sistema Numérico Eugênio
Abstract
This Zine is a unique work on the frontier between independent mathematics, experimental aesthetics, and autobiographical narrative. Its strength lies in the combination of three elements rarely brought together: the creation of original numerical systems, the conscious rejection of traditional academic molds, and the construction of a marked authorial voice that moves between rigor, irony, and manifest. From a conceptual point of view, the text introduces its own structures (such as the Eugênio numbers: Krishna, Zeus, Thor, ...) based on concatenations, digital genetics, and infinite partitions. These constructions dialogue with consolidated traditions of number theory, such as Champernowne, Copeland-Erdos, automatic sequences, and unconventional systems of representation, but preserve formal and symbolic autonomy. The idea of ordering complex numbers via computable real codes, as well as the notion of numerical genes applied to real and complex numbers, reinforces the exploratory and inventive character of the work.
