Abstract

We provide a complete glossary of terms and symbols used across the Maxwell Universe Research Program. All definitions are operational and descriptive, not metaphysical. The glossary separates representation from dynamics, avoids particle or spacetime primitives, and fixes terminology to ensure consistency across documents. This glossary is intended to be canonical.
