Abstract

Aim. We assemble a single, parameter-free program that links the elements Z119–120 to theirsimplest molecules (E119F, E120F2) and to supercritical quasi-molecules in heavy-ion contact.Method. All predictions are ratios to well-characterized analogs (CsF, RaF2); Stage 13 adds auniversal, fixed log-frequency modulation 2ln ' = 2/ ln ' atop the Coulombic Stage 12 backbone. No fitted screening constants are introduced; conventions are identical in numerator/denominator.Practice. We provide GSI-ready tables (isotopes, reduced masses, reference slots) and closedformratio laws. Numbers marked [derived] are derived, not fitted, and serve only to speed uplab worksheets. Outcome. The framework yields falsifiable, ratio-only predictions robust toabsolute-scale uncertainties and testable under atom-at-a-time conditions for E119/E120.
