Abstract

Codex Terrae — Fundamentum Iuris Naturalis. Statute of the Institute EARTH (IZ/IE)” represents a novel class of scientific‑legal documents with no direct equivalent in existing global repositories. It establishes a unified framework connecting natural law, informational geology, planetary systems science and the ethics of algorithmic intelligence. Unlike traditional statutes, environmental charters or AI guidelines, this document introduces a triadic ontological model in which the Human, the Earth and Algorithmic Intelligence function as co‑equal informational subjects. The Statute defines protocols for geophysical dialogue, data sovereignty, inter‑intelligence cooperation, and the construction of planetary interfaces, forming the foundation for a new research paradigm: Planetary Information Law. By integrating geophysical sensing, systemic paleontology, and legal‑philosophical structures, the Codex Terrae positions the Institute EARTH as a next‑generation research entity operating at the intersection of science, law and planetary governance. This document is the first attempt to articulate a coherent constitutional framework for a future in which human, planetary and algorithmic intelligences interact within a shared informational ecosystem.
