Abstract
This paper extends the Adaptive Spacetime Rendering (ASR) framework topropose Universal Informational Relativity (UIR), a theory in which physical re-ality is determined by relative informational relations between an observer andan event. Building on prior research that characterizes the Dark Sector and theHubble Tension as path-dependent resolution effects, we unify informational den-sity (Iμν ), informational potential (ΦI ), and temporal resolution (τ ) into a singleformal framework. Within the UIR postulates, information-processing events atan observer node (e.g., Earth and humanity as a representative node) can mod-ify the effective spacetime granularity as encoded by τ . This approach reframesgravitational curvature as an emergent property of informational density, and isintended as a conceptual master draft establishing the core definitions, equations, and falsifiable targets.
