Abstract

This preprint proposes an observer-normalized scale-relativistic framework in which global physical inference is constrained by coherence rather than by additional dynamical entities. A dimensionless invariant is introduced linking inferred energy density, angular scale, and internal frequency across non-equivalent observational frames. Gravitational effects, redshift, horizons, and phenomena commonly attributed to dark matter or dark energy are reinterpreted as consequences of normalization mismatch. Local relativistic physics is preserved, and the framework admits direct observational falsification. This record has been updated to include explicit links to the underlying stress-testing analysis and associated data and code deposits, clarifying the methodological lineage of the reported results.
