Universal Maximum Control Rate: Axiomatic Derivation for Quantum Systems and Gravitation
Abstract
This paper presents the axiomatic derivation of a fundamental physical constant: the Universal Maximum Control Rate (C-dot_max). By synthesizing principles from quantum information theory, general relativity, and gravitational consistency, we establish an absolute upper bound on the rate of physically accessible information state changes. FUNDAMENTAL BOUND: The derived limit is expressed as: C-dot_max ≈ √(c⁵ / ħG) ≈ 1.85 × 10⁴³ Hz This constant defines the "clock rate" of the physical universe. We demonstrate that this bound is: Observer-local and coordinate-invariant. Consistent with Quantum Energy Inequalities (QEI) and the Generalized Second Law (GSL). The asymptotic threshold where the smooth manifold structure of spacetime dissolves into quantum discreteness. KEY RESULTS: Information-Gravitational Barrier: Mathematical proof that any control process attempting to exceed this rate necessitates an energy density leading to immediate gravitational collapse (Schwarzschild limit). Unification: Provides a direct link between the Bekenstein bound, Quantum Speed Limits (QSL), and the Quantum Fisher Information metric. This work establishes a unified framework for the limits of computation, control, and causal evolution from subatomic to cosmological scales.
