Abstract

This Zenodo record provides the raw structural ensembles used in our Boltz-2 co-folding study of (i) a PP2A holoenzyme control complex (A scaffold, B55-family regulatory subunit, and catalytic subunit PP2Ac) and (ii) a PP2Ac–SET complex. For each system, 500 independent predictions were generated using distinct random seeds (6 recycling iterations; 200 sampling steps). Predictions include per-residue confidence scores (pLDDT) and global complex metrics (pTM, ipTM), together with processed results supporting downstream interface and occlusion analyses.
