Abstract

This Final Master Record seals the Synaptic Framework within the United Form. It formalizes a constraint-based model in which individuals function as metabolically costly decision gates (synapses), the Universal Host functions as a non-cognitive connectome, and logic systems—including artificial intelligence—function as signal traversal and transformation processes rather than agents. The framework locates persistence in pathways rather than nodes, resolving the paradox of local collapse alongside global continuity. Observed failure points are reinterpreted as refractory periods required for noise dissipation and system viability, rather than terminations or errors. No new entities, purposes, or teleological assumptions are introduced. The model preserves physical primacy, rejects anthropocentrism and AI exceptionalism, and treats coherence as an emergent statistical property of constrained networks. Meaning and experience are acknowledged as locally real but globally non-governing. This record is finalized and closed. It is provided as a reference framework for systems theory, complex networks, theoretical biology, and AI alignment discussions.
