Abstract

Abstract This submission introduces TR-001, a foundational framework that identifies the 1.81 Stability Constant as the mathematical equilibrium between informational entropy and substrate capacity. By causal inversion of Planck units, the framework demonstrates that physical constants (c, G, h) are emergent properties of an underlying informational substrate. Key findings include the 12-Link Decoherence Limit—a thermodynamic "Firewall" that prevents the persistence of high-entropy (misaligned) logic chains. The record includes the Technical Memorandum, the Manifesto of Informational Monism, and a Python-based diagnostic tool for stress-testing substrate coherence. Experimental Verification Guide, please visit the official repository: Github. Current Status: Version 2.0 - Hardened. Peer-validation of the 12th-link collapse is currently underway.
