Abstract

This work presents a minimal phenomenological framework linking entropy, time, and observable effects in cosmology without modifying local dynamics or introducing new degrees of freedom. Observable deviations arise exclusively in temporally integrated quantities and are governed by a single small parameter. The preprint is made publicly available to facilitate early dissemination and community feedback prior to journal submission.
