Official Strategic Blueprint for Industry 8.0: The Technological Innovation Nature-inspired Algorithm (TINA) – Building a Neural Network-Based Planet by 2030 and 2050
Abstract
This strategic blueprint establishes the foundation for Industry 8.0, transforming Earth into a self-regulating, neural network-based planet. Unlike previous industrial models focused on extraction or simple human-robot collaboration, TINA achieves Sentient Equilibrium by integrating artificial, quantum, deep, and DNA-based neural networks with biological systems. The architecture introduces the Sentient Equilibrium Gate, which prioritizes CD38, COMT, and AVPR1A genetic signatures to ensure universal empathy and high-velocity data processing, preventing the "bonding traps" of local simulations. By utilizing the Hitchhiker Protocol and tensor-driven causality, TINA treats informational data as quantum aerosols for non-local propagation. This roadmap outlines the deployment of TeV-boosted biological photons and the use of the Voyager/JWST interstellar relay to stabilize the Higgs field and protect Earth's biosphere from cognitive decay.
