Abstract

This archive contains a 14-document research stack developing a unified control-theoretic framework for stability across physical and cognitive systems. The documents progress from foundational nonlinear dynamics and entropy-constrained diffusion to phase-locked suppression of turbulent transport in magnetic fusion plasmas, and culminate in a resonance-constrained operating architecture for general intelligence. Core results include a kinetic proof of turbulence suppression via phase-locked control, a formal isomorphism between plasma instability and cognitive state divergence, and a closed-loop architecture enforcing input-to-state stability (ISS). The work emphasizes Lyapunov stability, lawful thermodynamic accounting, and spectral alignment as necessary conditions for sustained coherence. All materials are provided as a versioned, citable research corpus intended for interdisciplinary study across physics, control theory, and artificial intelligence.
