Abstract

Coherent systems maintain stability through boundary structure rather than internal regulation. Across physics, biology, architecture, and advanced field concepts, stability arises when geometry at the edge aligns phase, absorbs perturbation, and redistributes energy without accumulation. This paper introduces the exoskin as a universal principle of coherence: an active geometric boundary that continuously recreates equilibrium while allowing the interior to remain still. Exoskinned systems appear consistently in living organisms, sacred spaces, and advanced craft concepts, where paired symmetry, phase continuity, and curvature alignment produce intrinsic stability. The center rests because the boundary works. coherent systems, exoskin geometry, boundary stability, intrinsic stability, phase alignment, electromagnetic coherence, field geometry, architectural coherence, biological boundaries, fascia, membranes, coherent craft, inertial stability, phase continuity, geometric protection, guardian symmetry, paired geometry, sanctum design, plasma containment, intrinsic equilibrium, phase variance reduction, boundary conditions, holographic systems, stillness, coherence theory, structural phase lock, geometric interfaces, EM field stability, non Newtonian motion, inertial decoupling, stability through geometry, coherent architecture, nervous system regulation, field containment, phase redistribution, symmetry, octahedral geometry, toroidal boundaries, interior stillness, coherence engineering, stability classes, exoskinned systems
