Abstract
1.Introduction The investigation of children's behavioural manifestations within diverse organisational contexts constitutes a matter of considerable scholarly significance. Whilst the conceptualisation of organisational behaviour has traditionally been circumscribed to corporate and industrial settings, contemporary understanding recognises that children navigatemultiple structured environments throughout their developmental trajectory, each exertingdistinctive influences upon their behavioural repertoires. These environments encompass thefamily unit—the primary locus of socialisation—educational institutions, sportingorganisations, community-based programmes, and increasingly, digital platforms. Thecomplexity inherent in understanding how these domains interact to shape behavioural outcomesnecessitates a comprehensive, integrative analytical framework. The central thesis of this investigation posits that a nuanced comprehension of the distinct yetoverlapping influences exerted by these organisational environments enables stakeholders—including parents, educators, and policymakers—to implement more efficacious interventionsdesigned to promote positive behavioural development whilst simultaneously mitigatingdeleterious outcomes. This paper synthesises empirical evidence from peer-reviewed academicliterature to construct an integrated analysis of children's organisational behaviour across alongitudinal developmental trajectory. The subsequent analysis culminates in the formulationof evidence-based recommendations designed to facilitate the creation of supportive and enrichingenvironments conducive to optimal child development. Critically, this investigation moves beyond the traditional compartmentalisation of developmental contexts to adopt a longitudinal, stage-based perspective that conceptualises thechild's journey to adulthood as a progressive encounter with increasingly complex institutionalenvironments. Rather than examining family, school, sports, community, and digital contextsas discrete entities, this analysis traces how these institutional domains emerge, evolve, andinteract across seven distinct developmental stages, each characterised by unique organisationaldemands, behavioural expectations, and developmental challenges.
