Telemedicine and access to health care in the Russian Federation: a panel repeated cross-sectional analysis (2018–2024)
Abstract
This deposit reports a repeated cross-sectional panel analysis for the Russian Federation (2018–2024) within the dissertation evidence triangulation framework. Telemedicine exposure is linked to access indicators using complementary specifications (levels, trend-adjusted, and first-difference models) to test sensitivity to common trends, shocks, and short-horizon identification. The focus is on process-relevant outcomes where systems commonly lose patients (e.g., missed appointments/no-show and time-to-care proxies), with explicit attention to denominator shifts and compositional changes. The deposit is designed to support auditability: manuscript draft plus materials needed to reproduce aggregated results and figures.
