An Ultra-Nano-Scale Non-Material Preventive Prototype for Nipah Virus: A Preprint Seeking Clinical Collaboration
Abstract
Abstract Nipah virus (NiV) is a highly lethal neurotropic zoonotic virus with recurrent outbreaks and limited preventive options. Despite extensive virological research, effective, widely deployable preventive strategies remain scarce. This preprint presents a novel ultra-nano-scale, non-material preventive prototype developed as a conceptual and experimental framework aimed at reducing host susceptibility to Nipah virus. The proposed prototype does not involve any chemically active, pharmacologically active, or biologically replicating substance. Its design is based on a non-material, indirect regulatory approach, intended to avoid conventional toxicity pathways while remaining compatible with future clinical evaluation. Due to biosafety, ethical, and intellectual property considerations, the formulation logic and preparation methodology are protected as a trade secret and are not disclosed in operational detail at this stage. This work does not claim clinical efficacy. No animal or human clinical trials have yet been conducted. The primary objective of this preprint is to present the conceptual basis, safety rationale, and development status of the prototype, and to invite collaboration for independent validation, pre-clinical assessment, and ethically approved clinical studies.
