Abstract

This document is an expanded module of Torqued Substrate Theory (TST). It presents Information Theory as a projection-level descriptive regime governing correlation bookkeeping, constraint accessibility, and recoverable structure under finite observation. The module preserves all standard information-theoretic formalisms (Shannon entropy, mutual information, Kolmogorov complexity, Landauer’s principle) while explicitly rejecting ontological reification of information. Information theory is treated strictly as projection bookkeeping within the observable domain ⟦O⟧, with explicit admissibility conditions and regime-boundary diagnostics. This module does not modify the TST spine and is intended for readers familiar with the core framework.
