This framework complements the Myth-Tech Arcana (Truong, 2026a), which identifies distortion patterns, by providing the corresponding governance architecture. The paper also introduces twenty-two threat creatures for the 2026 landscape—the complete Bestiary 2026 Edition—mapping each to its governing Arcana.
