Abstract

Description This paper establishes a complete structural elimination of the Touchard branch corresponding top=13p = 13p=13 and α=5\alpha = 5α=5 in the Eulerian form of an odd perfect number. Building on the exponent restriction framework developed in RP14, we show that the 3-adic valuation constraint imposed by Touchard’s condition is fundamentally incompatible with the admissible exponent structure of primes dividing the square part. The contradiction arises purely from valuation-theoretic considerations and does not rely on computational enumeration or explicit bounds. In particular, the forced appearance of primes congruent to 1 mod 31 \bmod 31mod3, together with the necessity of a unique 3-adic contribution, directly conflicts with the RP14 exponent restriction. This yields an immediate and unconditional elimination of the branchN=135m2N = 13^5 m^2N=135m2. The result provides a concrete example of how valuation conflicts can fully exclude a specific Eulerian branch and illustrates the effectiveness of non-computational, structural methods in the study of odd perfect numbers.
