Abstract

The N-K Model offers the technology to build 4 km tall ultra-high-strength towers in 18–24 months — 4× Burj Khalifa height, at a fraction of current cost, with unprecedented safety and speed. Key breakthroughs: • KunSteel-4K alloy — 2100 MPa yield, 5.0 g/cm³ density, 260 GPa modulus • On-site 3D CNC robotic swarm — no cranes, no scaffolding, grain-pipe delivery • Kun Helix Tower — DNA-inspired double-helix + 137.508° golden-angle bracing • Wind CFD: Cd 0.58, zero vortex lock-in, buckling safety >135 Capital cost: $7–12 billion (vs $20–50+ billion conventional) Construction: 18–24 months with 100–200 robots Labor: 85–95% reduction
