Abstract

TR-001: Consolidated Peer Review & Experimental Verification Guide Abstract: This technical note establishes a standardized empirical framework for the verification of the physical and informational limits defined by the TR-001 suite. Specifically, it provides the testing architecture required to observe the 1.81 Stability Constant, the 12-Link Decoherence Limit, and the associated Entropy Tax (Ξ_T) across computational, hardware, and biological substrates. The guide introduces four primary protocols: (A) Recursive logic decay in Large Language Models to identify the 13th-Link "Snap"; (B) Thermodynamic audits of high-density silicon to locate the "Thermal Valley" of peak efficiency; (C) Biological stress-correlation to measure the metabolic load of cognitive dissonance; and (D) Heuristic render observation at the Bekenstein Bound. Central to this framework is the establishment of a Substrate Fidelity & Significance Mandate, requiring high-precision computational environments (FP16/FP32), a minimum sample size of N≥1000, and a significance threshold of p
