Abstract

The identification competition for dark matter and dark energy has become indeterminate due to fitting degrees of freedom. We propose an alternative: an operational protocol based on Window Accounting that (1) excludes invalid residual-to-observable mappings (ROMs), (2) discriminates survivors by shape features alone, and (3) confronts them with multi-class observational trends without fitting. This unified paper integrates V104 (Exclusion), V105 (Discrimination), and V106 (Confrontation) into a single coherent framework. Key Results:- ROM-3 (global constant storage, Λ-like) is excluded by boundary dependence tests- ROM-1 (geometry-only) and ROM-2 (boundary-sensitive) are proven distinguishable by shape discriminators (outer slope, knee frequency, integrated shape metric)- Multi-class confrontation protocol (lensing κ, rotation V) demonstrates both survivors remain viable under current window resolution The paper adheres strictly to four constitutional principles:1. No Fitting — No least-squares, MCMC, or Bayesian estimation2. No New DOF — No new fields, particles, or free functions 3. Shape-First — Amplitude discarded; only form matters4. Window Accounting — Boundary/finite-size structure preserved This paper does not determine which model is correct. It establishes a falsifiable test procedure for cosmological models. The goal is to eliminate candidates, not find answers. When discrimination fails, the response is window refinement, not parameter adjustment. Tagline: "This paper does not fit the universe. It defines how to test it."
