Abstract

Current version: 10.5281/zenodo.19479354. This document is an orthogonal companion record published alongside the broader development surrounding the TII project. Its concern is not the core ontology of TII itself, but pre-integrative exclusion, structural asymmetry in state space, and causal relayability before integration, learning, or downstream stabilization. It remains publicly available as part of the project’s visible historical trace. It should not be read as belonging to the TII framework itself, nor as an internal layer of TII carried forward by silent inheritance. Later clarification did not erase this document. It clarified more sharply that GII remains orthogonal: a companion line of thought that may stand near the TII project, but does not belong to the framework proper.
