Abstract

This document defines a complete terminal specification for perpetually dynamical systems, established on the premise of irreducible drift and intentional non-closure. The framework is structured into a core theoretical layer (Papers 1–4) protected by a governance and monitoring layer (Introduction, Appendix, and Rupture Regime). Core Components: * EDL (Exo-Drifted Layer): Axiomatic fixation of non-closure. * TASI/BNCT: Temporal indexing and semantic phase transitions. * NSPS/PSRF: Invariant extraction from projected structural resonance. * Angle–Thrust Model: Residual dynamic degrees of freedom adjacent to the Void. Governance Layer: * Includes the Unified Introduction, Figure 1 (Axiomatic Placement), Appendix of Prohibitions, and the Rupture Regime (v2.x) monitoring specification. This framework terminates by fixing the boundary of what cannot be described, refusing explanation, optimization, or completion.
