Harmonic Closure of 3D Navier-Stokes
Abstract
This work presents a resolution to the 3D Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness problem. Applying the Stratified Axiomatics framework, we model fluid flow as a harmonic shell system. The key innovation is the Resonance Index (RI), a law replacing the empirical Reynolds number, which predicts the transition to turbulence based on fluid density and the universal 1/6 closure constant. Validation with water shows 98.8% accuracy. The proof establishes global smoothness by demonstrating that energy is quantized within harmonic shells, preventing singularities. This result unifies fluid behavior with planetary orbits and atomic structures under a common set of harmonic laws.
