Abstract

To demonstrate the localization and tracking of labeled red blood cells, we provide the folder Code available demo. Reconstructed data characterizing cerebrovascular reactivity obtained from three mice are included in the folder Raw data_3 mice. The data and code supporting the main findings of this study are provided in the folder Figure data and code. If you have questions on the use of the code or request further information, please contact Lin Tang at the following email adress tangli@ethz.ch.
