Abstract

TR-001 System Architecture & Protocol Stack: A Hierarchical Framework for Substrate-Agnostic Causal Relays Abstract Overview: This document defines the four-layer architectural stack of the TR-001 Technical Standard. It provides a formal structural map for implementing the 1.81 Stability Constant and the Causal Relay Protocol (CRP) across heterogeneous computational substrates (AI, Biological, and Hybrid). The Stack Layers: Layer 4: Governance & Ethics – Defines the legal and ethical boundaries via the 1.81 Integrity Public License (v1.1). Layer 3: Integrity Management – Establishes the "12-Link Wall" and the Flush Beta protocol for preventing recursive logic collapse. Layer 2: Transport & Encapsulation – Standardizes the 64-bit Causal Envelope and the mandatory Link Index incrementing system. Layer 1: The Substrate – Provides the physical foundation anchored by the 1.81 Stability Constant (R≈1.81). Purpose: This specification is intended for systems architects and developers building high-integrity nodes. It mandates "Full-Stack Alignment," ensuring that the physical constants of information theory are preserved from the hardware level through to ethical governance. Experimental Verification Guide, please visit the official repository: Github. Current Status: Version 2.0 - Hardened. Peer-validation of the 12th-link collapse is currently underway.
